Jillian Edwards founded Collaborative Care & Wellness, PLLC to bring thoughtful, whole-person telehealth to adults across Washington State.
Jillian Edwards, DNP, earned her Master of Nursing degree from the University of Washington Tacoma, where her studies focused on health equity, community health, and population health. She later earned a dual Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Washington Seattle.
Her background includes primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, chronic disease management, nursing education, healthcare leadership, and community advocacy. She uses current research, clinical guidelines, and quality evidence to provide safe, thoughtful, individualized care that honors each patient's lived experience and health goals.

Throughout her career, Jillian Edwards, DNP, has been recognized for leadership, service, teaching, advocacy, and commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes. Her honors include the UW Tacoma School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership Outstanding Alumni of the Year Award, the TCC Barrier Breaker Award, and the TCC Exempt Staff Award.
